My favorite sushi place in Tampa! Sushi is my favorite food and I've tried countless different places in the area - and this is the best. I get the tuna crispy rice appetizer and the crunchy hornet roll. It's to die for!!! Every time the service is amazing and everyone is super kind. I also love the environment. They are usually busy (rightfully so) but the space feels welcoming and not too cheesy like other places.

We ordered a catering platter from Soho sushi and were NOT disappointed! We were able to pick 15 different roles we wanted. The sushi was ready to pick up on time, wait staff was friendly and overall were super pleased with the experience.

Free valet on arrival. We needed it as parking was limited on a Monday (happy hour all day). Don't forget to tip! Nice ambiance, kind of dark and upscale casual. If you like sake I recommend the premium. Got you every page of the menu. The menu marks gluten free, soy free, and sesame free. We enjoyed the edamame and sushi. Great service!

Went to Soho Sushi for a midweek date night. Tit was busy but we made a reservation so we were seated right away. We ordered Miso Soups and the Tuna Crispy Rice as our appetizers. The soups were served really quickly and were delicious! The Tuna Crispy Rice was also delicious, I wish they were smaller to enjoy them in one bite. Maybe instead of two, make it 4 smaller portions. Our rolls were served in a cute cutting board, and each roll was perfect!

Another perfect spot for date night, Soho Sushi. A small, cozy, and vibey place mixed with good appetizers, sushi, and dessert. As someone who isn't a Sushi connesaiur, this place keeps on bringing me back for more. Edamame and the Chicken dumplings are a must start with the appetizers paired with some wine. Next for the Sushi: I went with the donut role, a perfectly fried tempura sushi role that beyond satisfies the tastebuds. Lastly, to complement and finish the night, the fried Oreos are probably why I keep coming back here. I don't think I've found another place with this good of dessert, it seems so simple but simplicity is hard to master. Overall, a nice date night spot if you're looking for a casual spot to go grab sushi, drinks, and some fried Oreos.

This updated review is brought to you in part by: Restaurant Week in Tampa. This was my return to SoHo after a long hiatus simply due to frequenting my local sushi joint. The restaurant week menu offered a lot of food for one generous price. Stacked with sushi and gluten-free options to fill me up except for dessert. My cocktail hit the spot. The restaurant was as loud and crowded as I remembered, and parking wasn't super easy but the sushi and service still stellar. Always a solid choice.

This is a great date night spot. It's not super upscale nor is it super casual. It's perfectly in the middle. The dining area is nice and intimate. The pictures don't do it justice. The sushi is fresh and the pieces are decent size. We had the sushi and sashimi combo platter and it's plenty of sushi. We added the Burning Man roll and it was delicious and has a bit of zing to it. The K-town roll was ok. Salmon skin hand roll was good but I would opt out of adding avocado bc it muted the flavor of the salmon skin.

Amazing sushi, presentation was fabulous and equally delicious! Our waiter was wonderful as well! Valet is complimentary (you should always tip). Definitely put this at the top of your list for sushi!

We we arrived on a Wednesday evening, found out that it was half off wines. As soon as we arrive, we realize it was very crowded. They had to sit at the bar. I highly recommend scheduling reservations. Started off with a shrimp, tempura appetizer. Which was pretty good, shrimp is fresh, and the vegetables were delicious. Everything tasted fresh. We also ordered their shrimp tempura roll, which is very delicious however the jalapeños were pretty spicy. My wife had the salad with the ginger sauce which is pretty good as well. Overall, the food was pretty good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and come back later.
